1. Verification of documents
Matriculation and F.S.
- Your Matriculation and F.S. need to attest transcripts and certificates from relevant boards. It lasts for 4-5 hours. However, it is recommended to go early in the morning to speed up the process.
- Once certified, the board will put it in a sealed envelope and give it to you, which you should take to IBCC next time. IBCC certification usually takes 4-5 hours. However, they also recommend visiting the IBCC early in the morning so that the certification process can be completed as quickly as possible.
- After getting the 3 Board and IBCC certificates, you should now move to the next step which is your Matric and F.Sc transcripts and certificates as well as the Police Character Certificate (Non-Criminal Certificate) from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan. (MOFA)).
For students at the O/A level
- After obtaining the certificate, you must apply to IBCC for an equivalence certificate.

- Physical Examination Form (only from a hospital designated by the Chinese Embassy)
- Police character certificate (no crime certificate).
